Nurse Misia has a strange way of treating her patients, she uses some "fetish" domination techniques as a panacea.

After some minutes, she takes off the stockings too and shows a close up of the feet. She continues the treatment with the bare feet. Alba has to stay under her sweaty and stinky toes for several minutes, bearing with it so that her nose is freed from all impurities. Misia eventually uses her feet to cover her mouth and nose, keeping them until she passes out.

In the second part of the video, the patient is Gianluca, who presents symptoms similar to Alba's. At this point Misia decides to give him the same treatment, putting him to sleep with chloroform and making him to smell her stinky feet for long time, until he finally passes out.
